These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Make Tech Stick course and associated materials, offered by Introspect Advisory Group (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By purchasing or accessing the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Course Access and Use
Upon purchase, you are granted non-transferable, non-exclusive access to the course content for the duration specified in your purchase (e.g., one year).
You may not:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Give, sell, sublicense, or distribute course content to third parties
- Use course content in a commercial training without written permission
This course is for individual, personal, and internal professional use only.
2. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, templates, frameworks (including the CONVINCE™ acronym), prompts, downloads, branding, and related materials are the intellectual property of Introspect Advisory Group and/or Glaister Leslie and are protected by copyright and trademark laws in Canada, the U.S., and other jurisdictions.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the course
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the course materials
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Violation of this section may result in legal action and immediate revocation of course access.
3. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for self-paced course purchases made by individuals (not applicable to enterprise or team purchases).
To request a refund, submit your request in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
Refund eligibility requires that:

The user has not completed a significant portion of the course, and

Has not downloaded a majority of the course materials
Refunds will not be granted for:

Course misuse or failure to complete the course

Purchases made by teams or enterprises

Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window
We reserve the right to decline refund requests at our sole discretion if there is evidence of misuse or abuse of the refund policy.
4. Enterprise and Team Use
Team, group, or enterprise use of Make Tech Stick requires a separate licensing agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of a team, you must contact us directly to arrange proper access and reporting tools.
Sharing individual access credentials for group training is a violation of this agreement.
5. Course Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the course to improve quality or reflect new information. While we aim to provide long-term access to self-paced content, we do not guarantee perpetual availability unless specified as “lifetime access.”
6. Disclaimers
This course provides general information and practical tools related to digital transformation and change management. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or business consulting advice.
We make no guarantees about specific results from course participation. Outcomes depend on the learner’s engagement, application, and environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Introspect Advisory Group and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the course.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the course.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. You agree to resolve any disputes in the courts of Ontario, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
